Amber glass jars of dried herbs, a brass strainer, and a stone mortar arranged on linen

Our shelf

The Apothecary

This is a short list on purpose. Everything here is something we buy, brew, and reach for. If it isn't in our cupboard, it isn't on this page.

A note on how we choose: with herbs, quality is not a luxury. Potency varies wildly between suppliers, adulteration is common, and a cheap ashwagandha may simply be rice flour. We favor companies that publish third-party testing, name their farms, and have been doing this longer than the wellness boom.
